Mr Kek Shen Keong, Malaysian, male, he holds a diploma in Business management from Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic, specialise in retail and international business. During his time of study, he had experiences in planning business plans and further excelling the business where he managed to achieve the highest earnings among his coursemates. During his internships as a social media marketer, he created interesting contents where he managed to make his posts on Facebook go viral which generated thousands of likes, thousands of shares and hundreds of comments. During his internship in a convenient store he was appointed as a assistant manager in the store. During this time, he improved his customer service, store management and built relationships with customer. He served the national service in Singapore under civil defence force as a call taker in the 995 operational centre, which exposed to a great experience in handling emergency operational occasion. In the time of service he was awarded with outstanding in conduct by his superior. He gained experience in overseeing the operational side of the government department. Overall he has developed skillsets that widen his observation, imagination and creativity. He is now part of LUCA Academy so that he can impart his creative and innovative skills on the social media of the Academy.
